This is an Extraordinary General Meeting to primarily to discuss the change of name of the Chamber.

The objective is to be more inclusive and encompass and support businesses in the wider area.

The proposed names are:

• Bude Coastal Area Chamber
• Bude and North Coast Chamber
• Bude Area Network Chamber

Members attending the meeting will be able to vote on the options or suggest another option.

Afterwards, there will be a social session afterwards at the Beach Hotel Bar.
