Konnect for Business is a fully funded business support initiative providing specialist mentorship to businesses in Cornwall. We help overcome immediate challenges and barriers to growth. Our aim is to provide businesses large and small in our community with valuable, practical support by sharing our gained experience and we want to make sure that the last of the current European funding makes a real difference to the businesses who need it most.

There are some constraints initially concerning the eligibility of businesses depending on their location, (one of the requirements of the European funding for the project), as we are targeting the economically underactive parts of Cornwall in the first stage. These are what our funders CLLD refer to as ‘Core’ areas and in Bude it is quite a small area initially, as indicated by the dark shaded area on the attached map. However, we are hoping to open up the geographical reach as soon as possible.
